As international and local authorities are working hard to reduce the spread of the virus we in turn are doing everything to reduce the negative effects for you and your reservation with us. Starting from today we are happy to announce the following offers for all bookings until June 30:
FULL VOUCHER REFUND

REBOOKING
We offer you a free rebooking to either Fall 2020 or Spring 2021. The same prices apply in 2021 so there would be no extra charge to change your booking. If you want to rebook, please send us an email to

What happens to my externally booked flight?
For flight cancelations, please contact your airline or the agent that you booked the flight with. As we see it they will always offer you a free rebooking, but a full refund will be more difficult unless they cancel your flight.
Are all the Spring camp weeks cancelled?
No, if there is no case of force majeure (which only applies until 20/4) we cannot cancel a camp without being liable for damages, even outside of the services that you booked with us. Basically it would mean that we greatly increase the risk of bankruptcy. We await further information, from the authorities, regarding the remaining weeks and if possible we will also go through with some type of camp. With this said, we expect the remaining week in the Spring to be cancelled and that’s why we are very happy to be able to offer you rebooking and full voucher refunds already.
What happens if Volleytours would go bankrupt, do I lose my money?
No, your money is protected by our insolvency insurance, as we as Tour Operators are following the EU Package Tour Directive. This ensures that your money is refunded to you even if we would go bankrupt. We have already secured another year for Volleytours to continue to deliver international volleyball vacations under the motto “Come as a player, leave as a friend”.
