We know: no one likes reading small print. So here’s what really matters, explained clearly and with real-life examples.

Sport Flex only covers the sports part of your Beachvolleyball holiday. If you get injured or sick, all you need is a medical certificate confirming your inability to play sports. It must be issued within two days after your illness or injury.

From the following calendar day, your sports package will automatically be paused. You’ll receive a credit for the remaining value, which you can use for your next Volleytours booking.

Example:
You arrive full of energy, play your first sessions, and on day three you land awkwardly during a block and sprain your ankle. A local doctor confirms you shouldn’t play for the rest of the week. From the next day onward, your Sport Flex kicks in – you can stay, enjoy the beach, relax, and we’ll credit you for the unused sports days.

Or perhaps you catch a cold right before your trip. You still decide to travel, check in, and submit your medical certificate on-site. Your Sport Flex applies from the next day – easy and fair.

Just remember: Sport Flex only applies if you still travel to the camp, check in, and take part in the rest of your holiday.
Accommodation, meals, and other services remain as booked. Individual training days or partial refunds are not possible – it always applies to the full remaining duration of your sports package.
